Our Services
Synergy Reps is a sales and marketing agency representing numerous high-quality brands in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. Our team works with a wide variety of businesses in the outdoor, resort, travel, ski, lifestyle, work, farm/ranch, footwear, and other industries. We are known for outstanding follow-through, attention to detail, sales training, marketing assistance, presence in the field, sales analytics, and passion. We effectively balance customer needs with company demands while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and growing brand awareness.
Our agency understands selling product to our customers is only one piece of our job. Through clinics, demos, contests, or other means our goal is to make every retailer successful with our product. All dealers have the option of scheduling an in store or video conference clinic with one of our associates. Our team also provides training to over 35 REI stores in our territory, whether in-store, via video conference, or at bi-annual training sessions such as the OAS Napa Super Clinic and Southern CA Outdoor Academy.

Justin Singer
A summer camp in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia first introduced me to outdoor sports through rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, backpacking, camping, and high ropes courses. That began a lifelong passion for the ways the outdoors enhances and creates lifelong relationships, and what has become a 25-year career across the outdoor industry.
As a science major, with degrees in Natural Resource Management and Conservation Biology, I’ve taught for Voyageur Outward Bound School and Adventures Cross Country. I developed team and leadership skills guiding multi-week trips for youth in the lakes of the Boundary Waters Wilderness Area and mountains of Colorado, British Columbia, and California.
In retail, I worked my way up from the shop floor to manage large-format stores. I learned the fundamentals of a true specialty business under Fred Gunter at Exkursion Outfitters in Pittsburgh, PA, and the customer service needs of multi-door retail at REI in Madison, WI. Further westward moves brought me to California and the role of hardgoods manager for Any Mountain, responsible for running the store and back shop, training, and managing 20+ employees.
Eventually I moved full-time to Lake Tahoe, continuing my retail skills selling bikes, backcountry ski setups, and climbing equipment with Truckee’s premier shop, The Backcountry, until the opportunity arose to become an independent sales rep with Karhu Skis.
I started a rep business on my own, and over 20 years, I’ve been part of two larger sales agencies before coming back to running my own sales agency and employing three sales associates. I’ve had the honor of working with world class brands including, Keen, Wigwam, Mountain Hardwear, Montrail, Eagle Creek, K2 Outdoor, and more. I am proud to have a successful agency and still be thriving in a very competitive market. I hope to build a long and sustaining business that is both valuable to myself and my team, but more importantly to the brands and retailers I represent.

Dany Huberman
I grew up in a household with both parents as Physical/Outdoor Education professors, my early years instilled a love for the outdoors. From backpacking in the Adirondack Mountains at 5 years old, all the way through college at Plattsburgh State University on the shores of Lake Champlain - I was hooked and could never get enough of the outdoors.
After college, bigger mountains called, and I headed west to Lake Tahoe, working at a ski/climbing shop in Truckee. Sales experience quickly turned to growth, and I worked my way up to Lead Buyer and GM for hardgoods, softgoods, and accessories.
Retail led to working with Justin, and we instantly clicked. I began working at Synergy, from traveling across Arizona selling and clinicing snowshoes to servicing REI stores across the territory. I’m honored to be a part of Synergy Reps and working with many amazing companies and top tier products in outdoor, ski bike and work arenas. I pride myself on growing our customers’ business while maintaining a high level of fun and great relationships.

Sabrina Kamman
I’ve been in the outdoor industry for over 23 years, and have made playing outdoors my key to a happy and healthy life. An avid outdoor user, I bring a lifetime of experience to educating and selling know how to sell outdoor gear and apparel. I know how important it is to have a comfortable hydration pack at mile 20 of a trail run, a sturdy mountain bike as you blaze down your favorite single track, or an efficient stove that boils your water for fresh coffee when it’s 35 degrees outside. I am grateful to work in an industry that surrounds me with likeminded professionals who work to protect the great outdoors and provide people with the tools to play in them.

Marissa Blake
My passion for the outdoors and inspiring others to pursue a healthy, sustainable, lifestyle has been reflected throughout my career. During my Physiology studies at the University of Colorado, I worked for Athleta as a sales associate and worked my way up to visual merchandiser. After living abroad in Australia for a year, I pursued a career in software sales, selling into SMB, mid-market, and enterprise markets across the fitness industry. My determination and grit paid off and I rose to the top as the top account executive for our website and digital marketing services, selling over $1M in ARR in a given year. I was awarded presidents club for 2 consecutive years and had the pleasure of representing our company at national industry trade shows/events. After 4+ years in sales, I transitioned to recruiting top-talent for early stage tech startups.
My enthusiasm for helping others and nurturing client connections remains strong, yet I recognized the importance of aligning my skills with an industry that better suited my lifestyle. When the opportunity presented itself to work in the outdoor space with Justin and his team, I quickly realized it was a match made in heaven. I have called Hawaii home for over 4 years and am proud to be representing some of the leading brands in the industry. I am eager to build fun relationships with new and existing retailers across the Hawaiian and Polynesian islands.
In my free time, you can find me in the ocean. I am an avid freediver, ocean advocate, hiker, and adventurer. I strive to always have the mountains or the ocean in my backyard (pictured: the hike just a block away from my house).
